Online Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) that you have purchased through our website, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. The only exceptions to this are as follows:

NON-RETURNABLE - Due to strict hygiene reasons, these are non-returnable

SALE ITEMS – We are happy to offer a CREDIT NOTE ONLY on any returned items which are in the sale or purchased when an online discount was running.

All returns are subject to the following criteria:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt – ie: from the first day that the despatch tracking shows the parcel as ‘delivered’.

All items should be returned to: 45 Richardson Way, Mickleover, Derby DE22 4NR

Customer will be required to pay return postage and we recommend you use a tracked option as Dolly Dimples cannot be held liable for any parcels being lost in transit.

All returns must have the enclosed returns note in the parcel.

Items must be unworn and in re-saleable condition. This means that any accessories are still attached.

Items must be free of any marks and odours, such as cigarette smoke, perfume or laundry products.

Items must be suitably folded and packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

If the returned items meet the above criteria, then a full refund will be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. We do not offer exchanges, but we are happy for you to place a new order.

Faulty Items

We check all despatches thoroughly, however occasionally mistakes can happen. If you do receive an item that is faulty, please accept our deepest apologies and be assured that we will get this rectified straight away for you.

Could we ask, that you return the item(s) using the methods above and due to the faulty nature, we are happy to reimburse the returns postage cost (up to a maximum of £6.00). Please retain your tracked postage receipt.

*Please note that if an item has been altered or damaged while in the possession of the customer a claim for a refund or exchange will be denied.
